Our E-Training on EU Family Property Regimes is in full swing. On 13 April 2022, the second webinar of the E-Training took place. The participants gathered in order to discuss the issues of jurisdiction under the Twin Regulations. In the first part of the webinar, Ivana Kunda and Roberto Garetto delivered separate lectures on overall jurisdiction scheme and party autonomy respectively. The lectures were followed by a workshop led by Filip Dougan and Roberto Garetto.

The third webinar (on 22 April 2022) started with a lecture Applicable Law in the Twin Regulations in the Absence of Choice given by Alba Paños & Juana María Pardo Lozano. It was followed by Jerca Kramberger Škerl's lecture Choice of Law in Cross-Border Property Relations of Spouses. The webinar concluded with a workshop led by Agne Limante and Sandra Winkler.

Our next two webinars will take place on 29 April 2022 and 6 May 2022. The E-Training will conclude on 9 May 2022 with the closing webinar. For more information, see the programme below.
