In the context of the "North Adriatic Study Day - Current Legal Issues" (see the brochure attached), the PRAVRI team will meet on Tuesday 28 September in Rijeka to discuss with authoritative experts EuFamPro issues in the dedicated session entitled "Property, Family and Succession in the European Dimension". Members of the UNICAM team will also participate in the debate.

Romana Pacia, former professor at the University of Trieste, "Cohabitation and inheritance law profiles in Italian law: a missed opportunity".
Riccardo Mazzariol, associate professor at the University of Padua,  "Life insurance and the clause 'in favour of the heirs'".  
Giovanna Di Benedetto, PhD student at the University of Camerino, "Prenuptial agreements in Italy: admissibility, limits and normative prognosis". 

All the interventions will be in Italian.
The event will take place in hybrid mode: onsite at the Faculty of Law in Rijeka and online on the Cisco Webex platform with prior registration via e-mail ituhtan@pravri.hr .
