SUCESIONES TRANSFRONTERIZAS QUE EXIGEN LA LIQUIDACIÓN DEL RÉGIMEN ECONÓMICO MATRIMONIAL DE UN MATRIMONIO YA DISUELTO1

RESUMEN: El presente caso práctico trata la crisis matrimonial de Ana y Tiziano a través de su divorcio y de la liquidación de su régimen económico matrimonial, proponiendo diferentes ámbitos temporales y la implicación de distintos países, como una aproximación para estudiar la interconexión (y, a veces, la falta de ella) entre las diferentes normativas de la Unión Europea en la materia.

ABSTRACT: This practical case follows the marital crisis of Ana and Tiziano through their divorce and the liquidation of their matrimonial property regime, proposing different temporary scenarios and involving different countries, as an approach to study the interconnection (or, sometimes, the lack of it) between the diverse European Union Regulations in the matter).
